Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then explore specific challenges and goals. This will help me develop a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Providing and maintaining a safe and non-judgmental space fosters an open dialogue and a healthy professional therapist and client connection.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with a diverse population treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues and trauma. I particularly enjoy supporting and working with adolescents and young adults who may be initially hesitant trying talk therapy. I truly believe that therapy is the best gift that we can give ourselves.
