My ideal client is one who finds themselves at a place ready to begin their journey of change and healing. One who is curious about finding themselves and the root of their problems. They are open to self exploration and understand that healing may be difficult but worth the journey.

First session
Our first session will involve an evaluation about your history and background. The symptoms that brought you to therapy and goals you have for where you would like to be. My goal is that you leave each session with new insights into how you became who you are and how to let go of the negative patterns that have held you back.

I work well with adults who have struggled with traumatic events in theirs lives and want to begin processing them in order to move beyond them.
Treatment methods
EMDR
I use EMDR to help clients reprocess trauma memories and reduce their triggers. EMDR can also benefit those who have anxiety and depression process through those feelings a reduce their responses.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I'm a level 1 practitioner in Internal Family Systems and believe that many of our difficulties can be traced to early experiences and how we processed them. In sessions we will get to know the parts of you that formed beliefs, behaviors, and thought patterns that are not benefitting you in a positive manner and adjust them to better fit with your goals.
