Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience supporting adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused interventions to help clients build emotional regulation, insight, and lasting change. For those who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate biblical principles and spiritual formation into the therapeutic process. I believe healing is both clinical and personal, and I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can move from survival toward stability, restoration, and freedom.
With over a decade of clinical experience, I bring a strong blend of empathy, insight, and evidence-based expertise to my work. I have a keen ability to recognize underlying patterns, attachment dynamics, and trauma responses that contribute to ongoing challenges. Clients often share that they feel both deeply understood and appropriately challenged in our work together. I help individuals move beyond surface-level coping by identifying root issues, building emotional regulation skills, and creating sustainable strategies for long-term healing and growth.
With over a decade of experience, I bring empathy, clinical expertise, and an ability to recognize patterns that may contribute to ongoing challenges. These strengths have allowed me to guide individuals in developing healthier coping strategies, breaking unhelpful cycles, and moving forward on a successful path toward healing.
I work best with individuals who feel overwhelmed by emotions such as anxiety, depression, anger, resentment, or unresolved trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected from themselves or others, emotionally exhausted, or struggling to find clarity and direction. I am especially well-suited to support those who are ready to move beyond survival mode and begin the process of healing, self-discovery, and lasting change. My ideal client is open to self-reflection, willing to learn new coping strategies, and committed to doing the work necessary to build emotional stability, healthier relationships, and a greater sense of personal freedom.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In therapy utilizing CBT, I engage clients in the concept of cognitive restructuring or reframing, guided discovery, exposure therapy, journaling and thought records.
Christian Counseling
In therapy I can implement biblical principles into sessions to assist with spiritual formation.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
In therapy utilizing DBT, I engage the client in emotion regulation, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance.

Natalie always has a way of helping me focus on what is most important. She is able to take what I am experiencing and name it for me which allows me to know more clearly what I am working on. I appreciate her gentle demeanor and the knowledge base she uses to help me better understand my own nervous system. I always leave with something to think about and grow from the experience.

Just finished the first season & Natalie already has helped so much. So empowering, intelligent, an amazing listener. Gives solution and insight that makes sense. Highly recommend.

I can't tell much from one session, but I enjoyed the homework and the fact that she spoke about empowerment. I feel this could be just what I need, but I am still a bit skeptical, as I have never really gotten out of therapy anything more than a listening ear. I have hope, though. She seemed direct, and I loved that.
