In our first session together, I will take you through an explanation of all submitted documents and answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people better understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. A big part of the work is identifying unhelpful thought patterns—like self-doubt, worst-case-scenario thinking, or being overly hard on yourself—and learning how to challenge and shift those thoughts into something more realistic and helpful. My goal is to make the process feel practical, supportive, and grounded—so that you're not just gaining insight, but also learning how to handle life in a way that feels more manageable and aligned with who you are.
