Hi, I'm Lettie. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you have difficulty setting boundaries for yourself? Are you struggling in your relationships? Do you take time for you? Where is the journey in life taking you? You deserve to be hopeful. You deserve to be happy. You deserve to be valued. You deserve to be fulfilled. I have worked with clients who have sought help for a range of life's challenges including anxiety, relationship issues, work challenges, and anger issues. It is important to me to develop a strong rapport with my clients. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. It takes real courage and commitment to seek a more fulfilling life and to take those first steps toward change. If you are ready to take those steps, I am here to listen and guide you through that journey. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and empower you to heal and grow. I look forward to working with you!
In our first session together, I will take you through an explanation of all submitted documents and answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. We will identify goals you want to set and I will then create a treatment plan which will detail the work we will do together in order for you to achieve your goals.
When you are ready to make changes in your life, I am here to support and assist you through the process towards positive change.
I work with young adults, couples, and older individuals. These groups are working on work-life balances, relationship issues, midlife transitions, anxiety, or depression.

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people better understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. A big part of the work is identifying unhelpful thought patterns—like self-doubt, worst-case-scenario thinking, or being overly hard on yourself—and learning how to challenge and shift those thoughts into something more realistic and helpful. My goal is to make the process feel practical, supportive, and grounded—so that you're not just gaining insight, but also learning how to handle life in a way that feels more manageable and aligned with who you are.
