Hello, hello! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist™ based in Tennessee. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Lipscomb University and have been clinically active since 2020. Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with young professionals for the past 4 years, I utilize mindful attunement and bring an attachment-focused approach to healing personal and relational needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I use a person-centered, integrative, and systemic approach to help individuals and families increase their emotional expression and enhance their communication styles. I believe that the answers to many of the struggles we go through in life come from within us and that, through effective communication and emotional disclosure, we can build stronger relationships to endure the hardships we encounter in life.
