First session
Your first appointment with me will usually be 1 hour long. I will: -listen to your concerns and symptoms -ask questions about your general health -ask about your family history -take your blood pressure and do a basic physical check-up if it's required -develop a treatment plan that takes you into consideration.
Strengths
As a mental health professional with thirteen years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a psychiatric setting, I have seen firsthand the struggles that children, teenagers, and adults go through in their daily lives. I'm here to help you overcome those challenges. We will create a specific plan for you.

I treat adults 18-65 years of age for depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorders, and general psychiatry. I see children six and up for ADHD, Oppositional defiant disorders, and Autism Spectrum
