I work with individuals who have a desire to improve the quality of their life. I 100% believe that our relationship as client and therapist is paramount. Through that trusting and safe connection you will be able to share issues that are holding you back from becoming who you hope to be. I have a clear understand of how to help clients diminish anxiety, stress and depression. I too am skilled in working with clients who are struggling with life transitions, relationship issues and substance use.
I work well with adult clients who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression and life transitions. A particular focus of mine is working with our LGBTQ+ community.
I believe that treating clients with compassion and respect allows them to more easily share their concerns in a safe and non-judgmental space.
