Reminders for self care, support, techniques and skills that can enhance everyday life.
Having a personal experience with the lack of support, especially in the realm of mental health my zeal is to provide quality mental health treatment and tackle the stigma that is associated with metal health within the minority population. I utilize an empowering and straight forward approach to build and strengthen rapport. I want my clients to feel like Ohana. In the words of Lilo and Stitch, Ohana means family and family means no one gets left behind or forgotten. I am trained in multiple therapy models so that I can tailor my treatment to suit clients individually. To make treatment attainable, I pride myself on taking most forms of insurance.

I was brought to her for her background that met all the needs that I have for therapy, but mainly for grief therapy. I love her conversation approach to therapy. She is genuine, open and a beautiful soul. I can't wait to get to know her better and enjoy our time as she helps get me back to things, I use to love, as well as a better mental health journey.
