I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past three years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

We use DBT to help people who have difficulty with emotional regulation or are exhibiting self-destructive behaviors such as eating disorder and substance use disorders. DBT has evolved to become an evidence-based psychotherapy approach that is used to treat many conditions.

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)

We utilize psychotherapy in our practice, which focuses on healing and changing on a core level. The goal of treatment is not only to minimize negative symptoms or alleviate suffering; it's to encourage you to find true transformation through this experience, so you can grow and flourish
