What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Everything from Depression to PTSD, from generalized anxiety disorder to addiction. Expect to get some medication with the expectation to follow up with me if you have any problems. Patients should be hopeful, and know their expectations which will include taking their medications, attending therapy and following up with appointments.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with young professionals for the past 2 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Clients working with me can expect to foster a sense of empowerment and resilience as we collaborate on personalized treatment plans. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment. Together, we will work towards enhancing coping mechanisms, building emotional well-being, and developing strategies to navigate life's challenges. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and modifying dysfunctional thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses. It is based on the idea that our thoughts (cognitions), feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and that changing negative thoughts and behaviors can lead to improvements in emotional regulation and overall mental health. I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the last two years. It has helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Interpersonal

Interpersonal therapy (IPT) is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on improving interpersonal relationships and addressing interpersonal issues as the primary means of treating mental health issues. Once the interpersonal issues have been identified, the client and I would work together to implement specific interventions aimed at achieving the established goals.
