I approach counseling holistically utilizing person-centered and cognitive behavior therapy methods. This holistic approach considers the entire person (mind, body, and spirit) to create long-lasting positive changes quickly and efficiently. My work has allowed me the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in various life stages. I have worked with clients regarding a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationships, grief and loss, challenges related to adoption, domestic/family violence, anger management, self-esteem, borderline personality disorder, and symptoms associated with trauma and abuse.
