I work with high-performing professionals who are exhausted from carrying too much responsibility for too long. Many of my clients are leaders, healthcare providers, executives, and driven individuals who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally depleted behind the scenes. Before becoming a full-time therapist, I served in senior healthcare leadership roles, including Regional Vice President. I understand the pressure of performance plans, regulatory scrutiny, organizational instability, and the silent weight of being the person everyone else depends on. In therapy, we focus on restoring clarity, rebuilding emotional resilience, and addressing the root causes of anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress. My approach integrates evidence-based cognitive and trauma-informed interventions with practical, real-world strategies that support both professional and personal stability. If you are a high-achieving individual who feels stuck, overextended, or quietly unraveling under pressure, you are not weak. You are overloaded. Together, we will recalibrate your nervous system, strengthen your internal narrative, and restore sustainable performance without sacrificing your well-being.
Our first session is structured, focused, and practical. High-achieving professionals often arrive feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or mentally exhausted from carrying too much for too long. My role is to help you quickly regain clarity. We will begin by identifying the specific pressures currently driving your distress. That may include workplace strain, leadership conflict, performance anxiety, chronic stress, or unresolved trauma that is surfacing under professional pressure. Rather than staying surface-level, we will examine the patterns beneath the symptoms. You can expect: • A clear assessment of what is happening neurologically and psychologically • Identification of cognitive distortions or shame-based thinking loops • A discussion of how chronic stress is impacting your nervous system • Immediate stabilization strategies that you can begin applying right away By the end of our first session, you will leave with greater clarity about why you feel the way you do and a defined direction for our work together. Many clients report feeling relief simply from understanding that what they are experiencing is not weakness, but nervous system overload combined with unsustainable expectations. Our work is collaborative, strategic, and grounded in evidence-based practice. We are not just processing feelings. We are building resilience, restoring control, and recalibrating how you operate under pressure.
What sets my work apart is the integration of clinical expertise with real-world leadership experience. Before practicing full-time as a therapist, I served in senior healthcare executive roles, including Regional Vice President. I understand the psychological weight of high responsibility, organizational instability, performance scrutiny, and the expectation to remain composed while carrying significant pressure. My approach is structured, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I do not offer passive, unstructured conversation. I help clients identify the cognitive patterns, trauma responses, and nervous system dysregulation that drive burnout, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. Together, we translate insight into actionable strategies that restore clarity and sustainable performance. Clients often describe my style as warm but strategic. I balance empathy with precision. We examine distorted thinking patterns, shame narratives, over-functioning tendencies, and chronic stress responses, while building emotional regulation skills that can be applied immediately in high-pressure environments. Another strength I bring is the ability to help high-achievers recalibrate their identity. Many driven professionals have built success around endurance, self-sacrifice, and overextension. Therapy becomes a space to rebuild internal stability without compromising ambition or competence. My goal is not simply symptom reduction. It is restoration of resilience, cognitive clarity, and emotional steadiness so that success does not come at the expense of mental health.
I am best positioned to work with high-performing professionals who feel overwhelmed by the weight of responsibility they carry. Many of my clients are leaders, healthcare providers, executives, clinicians, and driven individuals who are accustomed to being the strong one in every room. They often present with: • Burnout that no longer resolves with rest • Anxiety tied to performance expectations or workplace scrutiny • Chronic over-functioning and difficulty delegating • Shame related to mistakes, feedback, or perceived failure • Leadership fatigue and decision exhaustion • Trauma histories resurfacing under professional pressure • Identity confusion during career transitions or role changes My ideal clients are intelligent, insightful, and motivated, but emotionally depleted. They want more than validation. They want clarity, strategy, and tools that work in real-world, high-demand environments. They are ready to examine the cognitive patterns and nervous system responses that drive chronic stress. They want structured therapy that strengthens resilience without diminishing ambition. They value evidence-based practice, direct communication, and measurable growth. If you are someone who looks capable on the outside but feels internally strained, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode, we will work well together.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help high-performing professionals identify and interrupt the thought patterns that drive chronic stress, over-functioning, and performance anxiety. Many of my clients operate from deeply ingrained beliefs such as “I cannot fail” or “I must carry everything myself.” Through structured cognitive restructuring, we examine distorted thinking, reduce shame-based narratives, and replace unproductive mental loops with grounded, adaptive strategies. CBT provides a practical, measurable framework for restoring clarity and emotional regulation under pressure.
Trauma-Focused CBT
In my work with trauma, I integrate Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients process experiences that continue to impact their professional confidence and nervous system stability. High-achievers often minimize past trauma while unknowingly reacting to it in high-stakes environments. I guide clients through a phased, structured process that builds safety, emotional regulation, and cognitive integration of traumatic experiences. The goal is not to relive trauma, but to reduce its physiological and psychological grip so that present-day decisions are not driven by past survival responses.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing to support clients who feel internally conflicted about change. High-performing individuals often recognize burnout patterns yet struggle to slow down or redefine success. Through reflective dialogue and strategic questioning, I help clients clarify their values, explore ambivalence, and strengthen intrinsic motivation for sustainable change. This approach preserves autonomy while fostering accountability and forward movement.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy allows us to concentrate on forward progress rather than getting stuck in problem analysis. Many professionals come to therapy seeking practical traction. I use this method to identify existing strengths, clarify desired outcomes, and implement targeted behavioral shifts that create immediate momentum. This approach is efficient, structured, and particularly effective for clients navigating workplace challenges or high-demand transitions.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is especially powerful for high-achievers who feel trapped between relentless standards and emotional exhaustion. I use ACT to help clients develop psychological flexibility, reduce avoidance patterns, and reconnect with their core values. Rather than attempting to eliminate stress entirely, we build the capacity to tolerate discomfort while making decisions aligned with long-term integrity and well-being. This framework supports resilience without requiring clients to abandon ambition.
