Hello, my name is Eneida Bridges, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. I help individuals struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) take their lives back. I have a diverse background serving people of all ages; however, my passion includes working with Veterans and First Responders. If and when you are ready to get help, please reach out, You are not alone!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session we will be able to talk a little more, I will gather more information about what has brought you to therapy, your goals, and expectations.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strengths as a provider is my lived experience.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My sessions are structured using a Cognitive Behavioral approach. With this When helping veterans and first responders process their grief and trauma therapeutic modality, we will examine how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are impacting you. When treating Veterans and First Responders I incorporate TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) approach. Here we can focus on the trauma and guilt associated with your career. Our sessions will be direct, structured, with an engaged and goal-oriented approach. We’ll work collaboratively to address your symptoms, you’ll learn new coping tools to help ease the feelings that arise from sharing your story.
