My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been working as CBT therapist for many years and I support my clients identify how their thoughts influence their feelings and behavior. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their moods, anxiety, limiting beliefs, depression and life adjustments. We’ll use CBT to gain the knowledge to shift your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and depressed life, and help you become present and mindful in your life.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

In my clinical space, I support my clients with learning the art of diffusing their thoughts and feelings to support their emotional regulation, cognitive disruptions and stress. As you identify the meanings that you attach to your experiences, you will learn more skills to separate the experience to allow your abilities to grow in accepting and committing to your shifts in thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Christian Counseling

I have practice utilizing biblical principles for the last 8 years. Understanding when my clients express the importance of biblical principles for their therapeutic experience, I take that seriously. As my clients identify their issues, I am very well versed in utilizing biblical principles and Scriptures to help my clients navigate their challenges. Equally, we will address the clinical aspects for my clients, leading them to healing, peace and contentment.
