Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC) based in Minnesota. Additionally, I am a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC). I received my Masters from the Adler Graduate School and have been practicing for over 10 years. I consider myself a relational therapist. Having worked in the field for many years, I've work with civilly committed sex offenders in a inpatient setting, outpatient chemical use and outpatient mental health program. I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

I believe when we have faith, seek and submit ourselves to the plans God has for us, we no longer have to do things on our own strength. Matthew 11:28-30 is one of my favorite scriptures. There is so much peace and freedom I have found in it over the years. Believer or not, allow me to help you through this phase of life.
