Please I don't prescribe these types of medications: No stimulants: amphetamine (Adderall), lisdexamfetamine (Vyvanse), methylphenidate/ dexmethylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta, Focalin), dextroamphetamine. No Methadone or buprenorphine. I enjoy supporting women, young adults, and multicultural individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and relationship concerns. I provide a warm, judgment-free space where you'll feel heard and supported. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies to help build resilience, improve well-being, and achieve mental health goals.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health concerns. Together, we'll develop practical coping skills, build healthier ways of thinking, and create strategies that can be used in everyday life to improve emotional well-being and reach goals.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore their goals, strengthen their motivation for change, and build confidence in making meaningful, lasting improvements. Through open, nonjudgmental conversations, we work together to identify barriers, resolve ambivalence, and create realistic steps that align with values and support mental health and overall well-being.
