I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring what’s bringing them to therapy. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges, and I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs. My style is collaborative, relational, and goal-oriented, integrating evidence-based approaches such as CBT and attachment-based therapy. Together, we explore how past experiences and current patterns influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also building practical skills to improve emotional regulation, reduce distress, and create meaningful change. I value creating a strong therapeutic relationship and strive to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier, more fulfilling connections—with yourself and others.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our fist session, we will go through what you have been experiencing, and talk about what has brought you to therapy. We will complete a biopsychosocial assessment, which helps be get more information on your background, supports, concerns and what goals you have for therapy. We will then talk about those goals and how you'll know when you've reached them.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring both professional training and personal understanding to my work. Having navigated my own life transitions—including marriage, divorce, relocation, career changes, and parenting—I understand how disorienting and emotional these seasons can be. It takes courage to reach out for support, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’ll walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and deeper self-understanding. What sets my work apart is my ability to balance insight with action. I help clients understand the “why” behind their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns, while also equipping them with practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, with a strong focus on building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier, more fulfilling connections.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My typical clients are adults from 20 years old to their 60's and often seek therapy while navigating life transitions, managing anxiety and stress, and working through relationship challenges. I have seen couples wanting to work on their connection and communication. The individuals I see are working through relationship issues, either with a partner or their family, they are going through life transitions, divorce, ending of a relationship, etc.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical, goal-oriented approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. By identifying unhelpful thinking patterns and building healthier coping strategies, CBT supports meaningful, lasting change in how you feel and respond to life’s challenges.

Attachment-based

Attachment-based therapy focuses on how early relationships shape the way you connect with others today. It helps you understand patterns in your relationships, build a stronger sense of security, and develop healthier ways of relating, communicating, and meeting your emotional needs.

Couples Counseling

Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen their emotional connection. Together, we identify patterns that may be causing tension, build understanding, and develop healthier ways to support one another and grow the relationship.
