Dr. Ruchi has been a truly wonderful therapist. She deeply understands my cultural background as an Asian woman and helps me navigate challenges while staying protected. I can be completely honest with her, and each session feels like a step toward healing. I found her through a friend at a time I needed her most, and ever since, I genuinely look forward to our conversations. She’s been a grounding presence in my journey.

I have been working with Ruchi for a while now and I really enjoy our sessions. She’s a great listener and gives me some really good open minded solutions in how I can work on me and be more positive in my life. She made me realize that situations are always out of my control and I can only control myself, which has been very helpful. She is a very intelligent woman, kind and considerate. I really enjoy our time. Thanks so much Grow Therapy for helping me find RUCHI
