(He/him)
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck. In my practice, I focus on connecting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while giving clients practical tools they can apply in their daily lives. My approach is structured but collaborative, helping clients build awareness, develop healthier thinking patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Eclectic
I use an eclectic approach by tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs rather than relying on a single method. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also exploring how early life experiences shape current patterns. This allows me to stay flexible and intentional, meeting clients where they are and helping them build practical skills while gaining deeper insight and clarity.
