Our first session is all about getting to know you—what you're carrying, what you're hoping for, and what’s been feeling heavy lately. We’ll talk through your goals and sketch out a loose roadmap for where we’re headed, but I also like to keep things flexible and real. I’ll share a few simple tools you can start using right away, so you leave with something helpful in hand—even after just one session.

One of my greatest joys is helping people move through the messy, in-between seasons of life—whether that’s navigating a major transition, breaking free from people-pleasing patterns, or learning to quiet that inner critic. I have a special place in my heart for working with moms—those who are expecting, healing from a difficult birth, or finding their way through the ups and downs of postpartum. My passion is helping you reconnect with your worth, your voice, and your strength—even when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.

I’m passionate about helping women access the tools they need to turn their goals into reality. I especially love working with young adults, expectant and new mothers, women navigating postpartum challenges, birth trauma, infertility, and anxiety. My clients are often high-functioning and self-aware, but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. They’re eager to grow—and just need the right support and guidance to move forward with clarity and confidence.
