Adults Children 6 years up Couples young adults facing new life challenges Mature adults
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are constantly interacting and influencing one another. How we interpret or think about a situation determines how we feel about it, which then determines how we'll react. It is important to work on how these three interact and affect each individuals behavior. We are learning how we think and getting a deeper insight into an individuals thought patterns.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Emotions are seen both as a within-individual phenomena and as part of an entire system created by the interactions between partners (Johnson, 1998). EFT helps people address attachment-related insecurities and learn how to interact with other people.

If the negative thoughts were the little cartoon devil then Mary is the angel redirecting you towards positive thoughts. She isn’t forceful and allows you to take your time to open up, and has a way with nudging without feeling like she’s taking a crowbar to your brain.
