I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois and I have direct practice experience spanning from 2017. I have a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. My goal is to offer a comfortable, affirmative safe space for exploration and growth. Change can be scary and often we don't know where to start. I will guide you through identifying where you want to go and the steps needed to get there. I believe in your ability to heal no matter where you’ve been or the life experiences you have had.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

At our first session, we will go over what therapy will look like, your goals, and why you’re seeking therapy. I like to say that I offer therapy with both a compassionate, understanding approach infused with laughter! I love people and I want to learn about you and how I can help you on your journey!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I excel in meeting you where you are while also holding the vision that change is possible and hope is alive. I am culturally sensitive clinician and I approach all work with an anti-racist and anti-oppressive lens. I believe in your ability to heal and grow and consider all therapeutic relationships sacred. My aim is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable enough to explore the hard questions in life!
