Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I graduated with a master's in counseling from the University of North Texas and have been practicing for the last 10 years. I work with individuals to develop coping skills, overcome barriers, and set goals to help them achieve the best versions of themselves. Everyone deserves to be the best versions of themselves. I am currently only seeing clients virtually.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then explore specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Over the last 10 years I have had the opportunity to build experience in helping others feel comfortable in exploring and discussing situations that are difficult and uncomfortable. Thus, allowing individuals to fully realize their full potential and break barriers that may have previously held them back from living life to the fullest.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with clients that want to explore discovering what the best version of themselves might look like and how to develop skills to achieve their goals and aspirations in life. Working together to identify and establish buildable goal that will lead to long term changes.

My treatment methods

Adlerian

I have practiced with Adlerian therapy for the last 10 years. Adlerian theory is a holistic approach to psychology that emphasizes the importance of overcoming feelings of inferiority and gaining a sense of belonging in order to achieve success and happiness. This theory also focuses on the importance of social interactions and community involvement in order to promote individual growth
