Hi! My name is Brittany, but I go by BB. I am a holistic therapist who focuses on including the mind and body into therapy. I am also a yoga instructor, and incorporate a lot of mindfulness if that's something you're interested in! Overall, I am a therapist that can be flexible what you're looking for: whether it's a chill and relaxed vibe, or if you're looking for homework and structure!
In the first session, we will discuss what you're expecting from therapy, if you've had any experience with therapy in the past, and some of your concerns/ why you wanted to start therapy! It's very casual!
My therapeutic approach is unique in the fact that I am trained as a yoga instructor, couples therapist, and also as a trauma therapist. I incorporate these all into my practice to help my clients feel the treatment is curated specifically to them!
My ideal client is one that wants to work towards their goals, and feels that their therapist can help them achieve them! I also have extensive work history with LGBT+ populations and couples clients!
Therapy is about you and your needs! I want to be here to help you navigate your life and help you based on your own desires for therapy!
