Hi, I’m Victoria, and I truly understand the importance of mental health from both a personal and professional perspective. With 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve seen firsthand how life’s challenges can affect us, and I’m passionate about helping others navigate their struggles with empathy and support. I’ve worked as a Crisis Therapist, providing immediate care to those in distress, and as an individual therapist helping clients of all ages—ranging from 6 to 45 years old—through issues like anxiety, depression, suicidal crises, and life transitions. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeastern University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. I believe in meeting each person where they are and creating a safe, open space for healing and growth.
Each session will be unique to you, and what you take away from our time together may look different week to week. In the beginning, we’ll focus on getting to know what works best for you so we can build a plan that feels right for your goals and needs. Throughout our time together, I may provide activities or exercises to practice between sessions to help you cope and grow. I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way, and I want you to know that I’ll work just as hard for you as long as you’re willing to put in the effort. Remember, effort looks different for everyone—sometimes showing up, even when it feels difficult, is your 100%, and that’s enough. The journey is yours, and I’m honored to be a part of it, supporting you as you take each step forward with courage and strength.
As a provider, my strengths lie in my deep kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication to supporting you on your journey. I truly believe that every person is unique, and I am committed to finding solutions that are tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. I take the time to listen and understand your experiences, ensuring that we approach your challenges in a way that feels right for you. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel valued and supported, while working together to explore effective solutions that help you heal and grow. Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to help you navigate life's ups and downs with patience and care.
The clients I am best suited to serve are those who are navigating through life's challenges and are seeking a compassionate, understanding hand to guide them along the way. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, I am here to provide the support and encouragement you need to find your path. My approach is centered around kindness and empathy, offering a safe space where you can express yourself freely without fear of judgment. If you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, past trauma, or simply feeling lost, I’m here to walk alongside you and help you rediscover your strength, confidence, and sense of peace. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone—together, we can find a way forward.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is a healing journey that helps you regain control and find peace after experiencing trauma. It starts by helping you understand how trauma affects your mind and body, offering reassurance that your reactions are a natural response to what you’ve been through. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can gradually process your experiences at your own pace, so they feel less overwhelming. You’ll learn to recognize and challenge negative thoughts that hold you back, replacing them with healthier, more balanced perspectives. Along the way, you’ll also gain practical tools like deep breathing to manage anxiety and stress in moments when you need them most. TF-CBT also helps rebuild trust and improve relationships, helping you connect with others in a meaningful way. This therapy is all about supporting you as you heal, regain your strength, and move forward with a renewed sense of hope and well-being. You deserve to feel empowered and whole again—and TF-CBT can help you get there.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy is a powerful way to reconnect with yourself and find peace in the present moment. It focuses on teaching you how to become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. Through gentle, guided practices like mindfulness meditation and breathing exercises, you’ll learn to observe your experiences with curiosity and acceptance, rather than reacting to them out of habit or stress. This practice helps you break free from patterns of overthinking, anxiety, or past regrets, allowing you to respond to life with more calm and clarity. Mindfulness-Based Therapy also helps you build resilience, teaching you how to stay grounded even during difficult times. It’s about learning to be kinder to yourself, improving your emotional well-being, and gaining a deeper sense of peace, all while developing the tools to handle life’s challenges with a fresh perspective.
Supportive Therapy is all about providing a safe, understanding space where you can feel heard and valued. This approach focuses on offering emotional support, encouragement, and practical guidance to help you navigate life's challenges. Whether you’re facing stress, relationship issues, or simply need someone to talk to, supportive therapy helps you gain clarity and strength through compassionate conversation. It’s not about solving all your problems at once, but about being there for you every step of the way, offering a steady, non-judgmental presence. In supportive therapy, you’ll explore your feelings and gain insight into your experiences while building the confidence to handle whatever life throws your way. It’s about finding comfort, rebuilding your emotional resilience, and knowing that you’re never alone in your journey.

By using a range of tools and techniques, integrative therapy helps you gain deeper insight, build coping skills, and create lasting positive change. It’s a compassionate and adaptive approach that allows you to heal at your own pace, while empowering you to take control of your well-being in a way that feels right for you.
