New clients continue care with this provider

I’m a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping women navigate life’s challenges, uncover their strengths, and rediscover their authentic selves. I specialize in treating anxiety, healing from childhood trauma, and supporting women through major life transitions like midlife reinvention, empty nest adjustments, or the end of long-term relationships. Together, we’ll work to explore your past, overcome obstacles, and create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and empowered life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll provide a supportive space to share your story, and together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

What makes me unique is my deep understanding of how past experiences shape present struggles, coupled with my ability to guide clients toward self-discovery and empowerment. I specialize in helping women navigate complex transitions, heal from childhood trauma, and overcome anxiety, drawing on both professional expertise and a genuine passion for helping others transform their lives. With a strong foundation in CBT, DBT, and IFS, I tailor my approach to each client’s journey, providing the tools and support they need to rediscover their strengths and build a fulfilling life. My commitment to creating a compassionate, judgment-free space allows clients to feel truly understood and empowered to make meaningful change.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with clients who are motivated and ready to embrace meaningful change in their lives. My ideal clients are women navigating anxiety, unresolved childhood trauma, or significant life transitions, such as redefining themselves after the end of a long-term relationship or stepping into a new chapter during midlife. These clients are often seeking clarity, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of self. They may feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about their next steps, but they’re open to exploring their past, building self-awareness, and doing the work necessary to create a more fulfilling future. If you’re ready to let go of what’s holding you back and discover the confident, empowered version of yourself, I’m here to guide and support you on that journey.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In my practice, I guide clients in identifying and challenging negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, irritability, and self-doubt. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on practical tools that empower them to make meaningful changes.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Incorporating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into my practice allows me to support clients struggling with emotional regulation, anger, and relationship challenges. I use DBT skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to help clients navigate difficult emotions and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. For clients experiencing anxiety or irritability, I focus on teaching them grounding techniques and self-soothing strategies to manage overwhelming emotions in the moment. DBT’s emphasis on balancing acceptance and change aligns perfectly with my goal of helping clients find harmony and self-compassion in their lives.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I am passionate about using Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients heal from trauma and rediscover their authentic selves. I work with clients to build a compassionate relationship with their inner selves, identifying and unburdening wounded parts while embracing their core Self. This approach has been particularly effective for clients processing childhood trauma and working toward self-acceptance. IFS allows us to address the root causes of emotional pain and create lasting transformation.
