I’m a compassionate and approachable therapist who values creating a space where people feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach and believe that therapy works best when it feels like a real, human connection—not something clinical or distant. I draw from both my professional training and my lived experiences to meet clients where they are, whether they’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, grief, stress, or life transitions. I aim to help clients feel more grounded, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools they can use in their everyday lives. Above all, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up as they are and feel empowered in their growth and healing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and building a comfortable space where you can share at your own pace. I’ll ask some questions about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of our work together. We may also talk a bit about your history, current stressors, and any goals you have for therapy, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and see if it feels like a good fit for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about the next steps moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a warm, empathetic, and client-centered presence into each session, helping clients feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning. I’m skilled at building strong therapeutic rapport and meeting clients where they are without judgment. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, solution-focused techniques, play-based interventions, parent-child interaction strategies, and grief support to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. I focus on helping clients identify their strengths, develop practical coping tools, and make meaningful, realistic changes in their lives. I also bring strong attunement to emotional needs and family dynamics, allowing me to support both individual clients and families in improving communication, emotional regulation, and overall functioning.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I provide individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Supported clients presenting with anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, family conflict, caregiver-child relationship difficulties, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and interpersonal relationship issues. Collaborated with clients and families to strengthen coping skills, improve communication, foster resilience, and promote overall emotional well-being and healthy functioning.
