Hi! I am an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with dual Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health in Southwest Florida Region. I earned my Master’s of Science in Nursing from Keiser University and Florida State University, where I developed my skills as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Currently, I have been practicing for 10 years. I foster integrative medicine in family and psychiatric management across the lifespan.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, building a patient-provider connection then gather specific mental health challenges you're facing. This will aid me to create a tailored plan for us to work through in upcoming follow-up sessions.
Having worked 10 years of family medicine managing an array of health co-morbidities, I have embodied the clinical experience and skills to dive deep into the root cause analysis of mental health conditions that challenge my patient’s homes, work, and social life.

Fabiola was absolutely wonderful during our first session. I feel that she asked important questions and was interested in understanding my history in order to best tailor my care. I left our session feeling *relief* and clarity. Fabiola helped me understand my medications better, put me right on track toward getting involved with a therapist, and emphasized the importance of connecting with a PCP.
