In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, building a patient-provider connection then gather specific mental health challenges you're facing. This will aid me to create a tailored plan for us to work through in upcoming follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked 9 years of family medicine managing an array of health co-morbidities, I have embodied the clinical experience and skills to dive deep into the root cause analysis of mental health conditions that challenge my patient’s homes, work, and social life.

I am best positioned to serve the vulnerable population of mental health challenged by variety of levels of anxiety, depression, bipolar mood disorder, neuro-cognitive deficits, attention deficit disorders, sleep disorder, eating disorders, anger management, eating disorders, and/or weight loss management.
