Hi, I'm Sondra! My mission is to help individuals and families improve their lives through effective mental health counseling. My goal is to empower my clients and offer them skills that will help them overcome the challenges they face, so they can live a full and happy life. I believe it's my job to be there to assist my clients as they overcome life's challenges
In our first session we will start by getting to know each other. We will then discuss the specific challenges you are facing so that we can create a plan that fits your needs.
I utilize several treatment methods including CBT, DBT, Trauma informed therapy, and couples counseling.
As a seasoned therapist, I feel my biggest strength is my ability to provide my clients with a welcoming and safe environment. I truly care for my clients and the outcome of their treatment and I believe it is evident in how I treat my clients. I want each person to feel heard and to truly take ownership of their treatment.
