I am dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care to individuals across Ohio and look forward to assisting you on your mental health journey. More than a healthcare provider: I am a wife, mother and Nana. Along with my sisters, a caregiver to elderly parents.

First session
We will start the process of developing an individualized, reasonable and achievable path toward what you want to change. Sounds overwhelming and maybe outrageous - right?? I am certain that together we can make it 'easy peasy' (my grandson's new favorite phrase) I wish I were a perfect communicator (if that exists), but I am not :-) I do try hard though to use active listening, reflecting back and neutrality instead of any kind of judgement or criticism. At the end of your first visit, I want you to have a sense of empowerment and confidence in your mental health journey.

Ideal clients
Reaching out for help can be difficult. I will do everything I can to help you in this process and support you. I enjoy helping people who are struggling a bit to understand their feelings, needs and goals. Together we can develop goals and strategies to get you to a more comfortable and satisfying place.
