Are you in need of setting new boundaries in your romantic and personal relationships? It's common for our personal relationships to mirror our relationship with ourselves. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor available to offer compassionate and non-judgmental support that is personalized to your individual needs. I would be honored to accompany you on your path toward healing to create healthy and fulfilling connections. Don't let uncertainty hold you back any longer - take the first step towards improving your relationships today! I can help you with issues related to anxiety, trauma, addictions, school issues, divorce, life management, life transitions, loss and grief, parenting and mood disorders, and uncertainty with career issues.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During your first session, we will do introductions, discuss the needs or issues that you would like to address in your treatment. I will walk you through what worked in the past and what was not clarified of how to best help you with your concerns. You will be supported and encouraged to share your thoughts, feelings and emotions without judgment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As we embark on our therapeutic journey, you can find your self-worth with renewed connections in personal, professional, and romantic. My style of therapy is non-judgmental and focused on respect for diversity, inclusion, and equality practices.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

For the last 12 years, I have been using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice, as well as for non-profit agencies. This approach has been very helpful for numerous clients in challenging their recurring thoughts and managing anxiety. By utilizing CBT, we can identify how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors impact each other, and then use this understanding to modify your thinking patterns. This, in turn, will assist you in leading a life with less anxiety and stress.
