Welcome to the House of Transformation Therapy Services LLC! You may ask why House of Transformation? After years in the IT world I transitioned into the addiction and MH field following a calling from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in my middle age. My acceptance of Jesus Christ, began my internal transformation and continuation of being transformed daily leading to receiving a calling to help heal those suffering. This transformation began my personal journey of healing from DV; different types of abuse, drug abuse and much more. I learned in this journey that the Lord uses our suffering for eternal gain. You may find yourself at a similar crossroad suffering with a chemical addiction; domestic violence or abuse; various types of trauma/PTSD; or somewhere on the anxiety, depressive, obsessive compulsive, ADHD, or personality disorder spectrum; interpersonal relationship issues; or challenges with transitioning into adulthood from 18-21’ish ranging from financial, job/career, relationships, moving out to your own place, or learning more of who you are. Maybe you’re a parent struggling with how to raise a child, unsure if parenting skills or other areas are effective or experiencing a child with behavioral/emotional problems. You’ve come to the right place! It all starts within us, the desire to be transformed within… to be happier, more whole, more fulfilled so you experience less suffering and thrive more instead of just surviving day by day. The key to healing is change within and I will be with you to guide, help, encourage and support you on this journey at your personal pace using over 13 years of clinical experience. Together, we set goals in our conversations and use these to develop an action plan to aid in healing, growing and thriving. Self-pay prices: -Intake and Established sessions @ $80 -Scheduled follow-up session @ $70
In our first session together, we will introduce ourselves and I will answer any questions or concerns you may have. Of importance is: what has and has not worked if you have engaged in therapy before then move into the details of what brought you to therapy at this time. We will discuss your Short-term goals and collaborate on how often would be appropriate for us to have sessions. I am looking forward to our meeting and how I may help you!
I am here to help you relieve your suffering using interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Christian Counseling and other Expressive therapies such as Sand tray
It is through a calm, caring, kind and hopeful voice of non-judgment, empathy, genuineness, encouragement, accountability and acceptance of meeting you where you are that you may experience the desire, motivation and hope that your life can be transformed for the better versus the suffering you’re currently experiencing. Patty has been very easy to open up to considering my past. It has been difficult to discuss in the past.
