I am a client-focused practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. I'm focused on seeing clients 12 years old up into adults of all ages and stages in life. I am a practitioner dedicated to guiding the client toward positive outcomes in mental health through evidence-based practice and education.
I will introduce myself then focus on the needs of the client by listening to the client. An intake assessment will be completed. Mental health diagnoses will be developed and a client plan of care will be completed. Client education will be provided and any questions the client may have will be answered.
