I work with individuals who want to make changes in their lives or deepen personal connections. I have over 15 years of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to maintain a casual environment where you will feel comfortable and safe. I utilize an eclectic approach that draws from several therapeutic traditions including family dynamics, positive psychology, and mindfulness meditation, for clients who are interested in incorporating meditation into their session.

LGBTQ clients are one of the focuses of my practice. I often work with clients who have experienced anxiety, grief, depression and relationship issues.
I work most often with clients exploring big questions about their lives - Why don't I feel happy? Why do I struggle with anxiety? Am I getting the most out of life? How do I improve my relationships or family connections? I provide a safe and casual environment to explore your own thoughts and feelings about these big questions. I provide strategies and suggestions for finding the answers.

I feel so fortunate to have found such an genuine, empowering and supportive counselor. Rebecca is always attentive and warm, and creates such a safe space for me to process, always listening without judgment. She is a highly skilled counselor and always seems to know just what will be helpful for me to implement. I always feel really heard and validated during our sessions which is absolutely essential.
