I have over 15 years of experience and would love to hear about the challenges you are facing. I’ve worked with folks from a variety of backgrounds and offer a compassionate presence and space for you to get to know yourself better. My goal is to maintain a casual environment where you will feel comfortable and safe. I utilize an eclectic approach that draws from several therapeutic traditions including cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and mindfulness meditation, for clients who are interested in incorporating meditation into their session.

I utilize a casual style designed to establish a sense of safety. I like to hear some about what your life has been like, as well as the things that are bringing stress into your life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

LGBTQ clients are one of the focuses of my practice. I often work with clients who have experienced anxiety, grief, depression and relationship issues. I am sex positive in my approach. I also welcome people from neurodiverse experiences.

I work most often with clients exploring big questions about their lives - Why don't I feel happy? Why do I struggle with anxiety? Am I getting the most out of life? How do I improve my relationships or family connections? I provide a safe and casual environment to explore your own thoughts and feelings about these big questions. I provide strategies and suggestions for finding the answers.
