In our first session, clients can expect a warm and understanding experience. We will focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and understanding your unique needs. We will discuss what brought you in, goals you would like to work toward, review your history, and develop a plan unique to what you need from therapy. I will go over how the therapy process works and answer any questions you may have.
My greatest strengths as a therapist is being able to meet you where you are and allow you the space to express your feelings in a nonjudgmental space.
In my experience as I counselor, I have served children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of diagnoses and challenges. I have experience helping clients through stressful events, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
