New to Grow
Hi, I’m Hailie, a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, burnout, and major life transitions, with a special focus on supporting first responders. My approach is client-centered and goal-oriented, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care to help clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and create meaningful change.
During the first session, clients can expect a supportive and welcoming environment where we will discuss their concerns, goals for therapy, personal history, and any current challenges they may be experiencing. I focus on building trust and understanding each client’s unique needs while also answering questions about the therapy process. Together, we will begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels collaborative, realistic, and tailored to their individual growth and healing.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my balance of compassion, collaboration, and practical skill-building. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard while also providing evidence-based tools and strategies they can apply in their daily lives. My approach is tailored to each individual’s needs, with a focus on building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
I am well-positioned to work with first responders experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, work-life balance difficulties, and emotional exhaustion related to the demands of their roles. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for clients who may struggle with vulnerability, emotional processing, or the cumulative impact of high-pressure work environments. My approach focuses on building coping skills, emotional resilience, stress management, and improving overall functioning both personally and professionally.
