Hello! I am a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and also a Doctor of Behavioral Health. I have been working in mental health since 2001 and in the addictions field since 2004. I combine medication management with psychotherapy in order to get the best possible outcomes for my patients. It is important to me for each of my patients become the best they can be.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will introduce ourselves and have an objective assessment to discover what work will need to be done. This will involve a lot of questions. We will also work together to develop a tentative treatment plan and set up the next appointment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Empathy, longevity in practice, and the ability to meet patients where they are make me a strong provider.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Patients who are open-minded, honest, and willing to change are best positioned for positive outcomes and are enthusiastic about their recovery.
