Hello! My name is Elizabeth, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). I received my master’s degree from Lewis University in Guidance and Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and social work. I'm also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I enjoy learning and I continue to educate myself and grow in areas that I can best help meet my clients needs.
I possess a genuine enthusiasm for working with adolescents and adults. My passion is helping individuals evaluate their abilities to develop realistic goals.
I create a safe space to allow my clients to trust and feel comfortable being vulnerable. My goal is to help clients explore areas of their life that needs improvement and to reach their highest potential self.
My background in psychology and social work has also provided me with the skills to service individuals in the community, as well as work effectively with a diverse population. My areas of specialty include substance abuse, crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, and mindfulness. I enjoy working with clients with a wide range of challenges including those listed above as well as relationship issues, anger management, improving low self-esteem and self-confidence.
