I'm Tiffani and I am a licensed professional counselor who has been working in this field for over 10 years. I take a practical, supportive, and no-judgment approach. I listen, I ask thoughtful questions, and I help you untangle what’s getting in the way—whether that’s anxiety, self-doubt, old patterns, or just the general chaos of life. I pull from a mix of proven approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and insight-oriented work, and tailor it to fit you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and what you would like to accomplish in our time together. We will explore some of your background and get to know each other.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I strive to create a non-judgmental space and recognize that therapy is a meaningful investment in yourself. I believe in real connections and showing up as you are. No pressure, just honest conversation, support, and the tools to help you feel more like you again.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I especially enjoy working with creative people who are navigating the emotional demands that often come alongside their work — imposter syndrome, burnout, creative blocks, and the challenge of building a life around something you love without losing yourself in the process. I also love supporting women who are navigating life transitions — those in-between moments of asking 'what comes next?' that can feel both exciting and disorienting. Whether you are stepping into a new chapter, redefining your sense of self, or working through the unique pressures and experiences that come with being a woman in today's world, I am here to help you find clarity, confidence, and direction.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns and work to replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives — giving you practical tools to manage a wide range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to stress and relationship difficulties. CBT is a collaborative, goal-oriented approach, which means you'll leave sessions with concrete strategies you can apply in your everyday life.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I also use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients who are struggling with the aftermath of traumatic experiences or life stressors. CPT focuses on examining how what happened has shaped the way you think about yourself, others, and the world — and gently challenging beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. Through a structured, evidence-based process, we work together to help you regain a sense of safety, trust, and control in your life.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy for clients who want to spend less time dwelling on problems and more time building toward the life they want. Rather than focusing heavily on the past, we look at your existing strengths, resources, and successes to identify what's already working — and how to do more of it. This approach is practical, forward-moving, and empowering, helping you create meaningful change without getting stuck in the weeds of what went wrong.

Gender-affirming therapy

I am committed to providing gender affirming care in a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you are exploring your gender identity, navigating transition, or simply seeking a therapist who truly sees and respects you, I approach our work together with cultural humility and unconditional positive regard. My goal is to support your overall well-being while honoring your lived experience.

Grief Therapy

Grief is one of the most profound and personal experiences a person can go through, and there is no right or wrong way to grieve. I provide a compassionate, unhurried space where you can process loss in whatever form it takes. Together, we work through the pain of loss while helping you find a way to carry it forward without it defining your every step.
