My goal is to provide an empathetic ear and therapeutic interventions to help you find cohesiveness and balance. Together, we can identify what’s not working in your life, enhance what is working, and explore ways to expand your life in more fulfilling ways. My role is to walk with you through your highs and lows, challenge, and encourage you.
In our first session together, we will start with introductions and then dive into specific challenges and concerns you are facing, in addition, I will encourage curiosity to process and understand how your past experiences have shaped your current wellbeing.
The connection a client has with their therapist is vital in making lasting change. Creating a space of honesty with determination for growth is something I strive to achieve. I am a naturally genuine person, and that genuineness (with a healthy dose of humor) presents itself in my sessions.
