My name is Sean Miller and I have been in the field since 2008. I have worked in drug rehab, school systems, residential facilities, and outpatient behavioral health. I enjoy working with trauma, PTSD, and helping my clients move through the hardest parts of life to find themselves again. I genuinely believe everyone can figure out their problems and are capable of change.
In the first session we will talk about what is bringing you in, what you hope to gain from seeing me, and working together to come up with a plan to achieve your goals.
Some of my strengths are an outside perspective, empathy, and what some have referred to as a "disarming sense of humor."
I enjoy working with people who are motivated to change, even though it may be hard.

Sean is phenomenal. He has been our therapist for years and we feel very fortunate to be cared for by him. He has performed several EMDR therapy treatments for my C-PTSD and I really do owe my recovery from my childhood abuse to him

He has always made me feel comfortable to be able to talk about whatever it it is that I need to or and for me that is difficult to open up. I have had other counselors, but to me,he is not only a counselor but a friend.

I started seeing Sean 8 years ago after the death of my father. I battle Bipolar & Sean has been an essential part of my journey to stability. I often enter his office feeling like my brain is a knotty mess of random strings, after our session it’s a lot less messy 🧶 thanks mind ninja❣️
I use EMDR as a way to treat truama, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues
