I have 15 years of professional experience. I provide a strengths-based and client-centered approach to therapy. I believe that each woman seeking help has strengths and it is my goal to help her during therapy to discover her strengths and to utilize those to continue the healing process. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and chronic health conditions. I have an extensive background in domestic abuse and chronic health conditions. I believe that you are the expert on your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions then dive in the specifics of what is bringing you to therapy. Together we will formulate a plan to move forward with session.

I feel my biggest strengths is listening to my clients. I have extensive history in working with victims and survivors of domestic violence, women facing anxiety and depression, and chronic health conditions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I combine client centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused, and strengths-based approaches to therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative approach.
