Hello, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of Massachusetts with 25+ years of experience as a clinical therapist and educator. I specialize in providing supportive psychotherapy working on issues such as Depression, Anxiety, school/educational issues and Trauma recovery. I utilize an approach that is both compassionate and practical and collaborate with clients to create solutions in their lives.
In our first session it will be important for me to ask diagnostic questions to learn more about how you think and feel currently. Then we will work together to identify what your goals are and how we will measure your progress.
As a provider, I feel that I can offer clients the benefit of 29+ years of experience in a variety of settings working with all ages and family constellations. I have extensive experience in multiple treatment modalities and can work with clients to identify what type of therapy feels most helpful to them.
I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, and especially enjoy working with clients who are seeking change and want to consider solutions. I enjoy working with those in the helping professions and supporting development of increased executive functioning.
