Hello, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of Massachusetts with 25+ years of experience as a clinical therapist and educator. I specialize in providing supportive psychotherapy working on issues such as Depression, Anxiety, school/educational issues and Trauma recovery.

First session
In our first session it will be important for me to ask diagnostic questions to learn more about how you think and feel currently. Then we will work together to identify what your goals are and how we will measure your progress.

Treatment is provided using compassion focused therapy to assist clients in healing from past trauma, and assist them in moving through the issues they are experiencing successfully.
