Christian Counseling

I am follower of Jesus Christ. I believe in the scriptures. I use biblical counseling if only my clients prefer.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I have experience working with older adults who were dialyzing. I have helped them navigate through hard reality through ACT.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have work experience in correctional field. I have used cognitive behavioral therapy to help men overcome negative thoughts.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have worked in crisis stabilization units where I have used DBT to help clients overcome suicidal ideation and self-injurious behavior. I worked successfully with clients who find it challenging to self-regulate emotionally.
