Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Master's in Counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University and have been practicing for about 10 years. I've worked in many different venues and with several different populations and age ranges. I am trained in EMDR, a type of psychotherapy technique used to treat trauma and other distressing experiences.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then jump into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have strong empathy, excellent active listening skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, creating a safe and supportive environment, genuine curiosity about your experiences, a non-judgmental attitude, flexibility in adapting to different situations, and a commitment to ongoing learning and personal growth.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I believe that every individual is unique, so I use a person-centered approach to tailor the sessions to fit your needs. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to collaborate and put in the work, whether it be to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Each person is unique, therefore, I use a Person-centered approach to tailor treatment to their individual needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to support personal growth and healing.

EMDR

I utilize EMDR in sessions to help clients process distressing memories by guiding them through bilateral stimulation, allowing them to appropriately reprocess traumatic experiences and reduce their emotional intensity.
