Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with clients navigating life’s plot twists, anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ identity, and grief, basically all the moments where things don’t go as planned and your brain decides to add commentary. My approach is grounded in both clinical experience and lived experience, including the loss of a baby, being late diagnosed with ADHD, and managing chronic illness, all of which pushed me to learn deeply so I could show up more fully for my clients. I tend to meet people in the messy middle, where things are real, a little complicated, and still very workable.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is basically a “let’s see if we vibe” meeting. We’ll get to know each other, talk through your history, what’s going on right now, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, without it feeling like an interrogation. By the end, we’re figuring out if this feels like a good fit and if I’m the right person to walk alongside you in whatever you’re working through.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my biggest strengths as a therapist is that I’m very human about all of this. I show up authentically, I’m honest (in a kind but real way), and yes, I’m a little nosy—but the helpful kind that’s genuinely curious about how your brain works and why you do what you do. I’m not here to sit quietly and nod the whole time, I’m here to understand you, ask the questions that actually get somewhere, and help you make sense of things in a way that feels real and useful.

My treatment methods

EMDR

Over the past five years, I have used EMDR effectively via telehealth, allowing clients to process trauma, anxiety, and depression from the comfort of their own space. Using virtual bilateral stimulation and guided protocols, clients can safely reprocess distressing experiences without being in the office.
