Welcome — I’m Dr. Davis, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults. I work with clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood symptoms, stress-related concerns, and binge eating and eating disorder-related challenges. Many of the people I see are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, unfocused, or discouraged after trying to manage things on their own. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, informed, and comfortable discussing what is going on. I offer thoughtful, individualized medication management and collaborative treatment planning tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you are seeking clarification about symptoms, starting treatment for the first time, or looking to improve a current medication regimen, I aim to make the process clear, practical, and supportive. I have a Doctor of Nursing Practice and am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 14 years of experience in mental health care. My background includes acute behavioral health, inpatient psychiatry, state mental health settings, and higher levels of care for eating disorders. I also have extensive experience providing psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management across diverse treatment settings. I believe mental health treatment works best when it is collaborative. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, concerns, and priorities so we can create a plan that feels appropriate and sustainable for you. I offer flexible virtual appointments, including evenings and weekend availability.
In our first session together, we will review your current concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment goals. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand what has been going on, what has or has not helped in the past, and what you hope to improve. From there, we will discuss next steps and develop a treatment plan that feels clear and individualized.
I bring warmth, compassion, and clinical experience to each session. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest about what they are experiencing. I am especially thoughtful in helping clients sort through symptoms related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, and self-care difficulties, while providing clear and collaborative medication treatment.
Supportive
I use a supportive approach alongside psychiatric evaluation and medication management to help clients feel understood, informed, and grounded in their care. This includes providing education about symptoms and medications, offering reassurance during periods of change or uncertainty, and helping clients develop realistic expectations for treatment. Supportive care may involve discussing stressors, reinforcing healthy routines, encouraging self-care strategies, and collaborating with therapists or other providers when additional support is needed. My goal is to create a calm, respectful space where clients feel comfortable asking questions and participating actively in their treatment plan.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with her. She’s down to earth and very friendly and warm. I felt like I could open up to her. She’s knowledgeable in every area of what I need help with. She’s compassionate and takes the time to listen and give her advice. Which helped me tremendously. I cannot wait until I see her again. She’s amazing!!!

I had a really great experience with Dr. Davis. I’m still somewhat new to seeking treatment, but she was super easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable opening up. She answered all my questions and is clearly very experienced and knows her stuff. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and overall I felt supported and in good hands. Looking forward to continuing with her.
