I feel thoroughly understood by Maya—she knew exactly what I needed after just one session. and after a couple months of using the medication she prescribed (for which she explained everything that I wanted to know about, and still even left the choice up to me whether I was ready to try it), I feel like my thoughts have become so much clearer and my emotions have been significantly more stable.
