First session
During our first session, I like to focus on what brought you to therapy; you can tell me as much or as little as you want during our first session. You can also ask questions of me so that you can feel comfortable.
Strengths
I'm a great listener; when working with couples-I listen to both sides equally and hold both parties accountable. I am supportive and help each client feel seen and heard. We are in it together no one is alone.
Ideal clients
I don't have an ideal client: I am willing to work with anyone who is willing to work with me. I have experience with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, manic depressive disorder, couples therapy, and clients who may be feeling stuck and just need someone to talk to about the next steps. I'm looking for clients willing to being open and honest and ready to do the work to move forward.
